Location was great. Close to a grocery store and liquor store. lol. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable living room. Trina was quick in answering any of our questions. No problems or complaints from the four of us.

Nice neighborhood & home

Very nice home & amazing host. Very quick with communication & kind. Would stay here again - super close to everything we did during our trip. Lots of good food options near as well!

Our stay was wounderful!

This property fit our needs perfectly. The location and house was exaclly what we needed to visit with Family & friends. There were plenty of convienances, the place was spotless and my Wife, my Son and I were very confortable.

We had a great overall stay at this property. The home was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable, which we really appreciated. Everything was as described, and it made for a relaxing visit.We did experience one night without hot water, which was a bit inconvenient, but aside from that, everything went smoothly. The cleanliness and overall quality of the space really stood out.We’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a clean and comfortable place.

We needed a place in Hagerstown, and this was perfection! Location was perfect for us; the property itself was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was lovely to cook in. Check in and check out were both simple and easy.

What is not clear is that you can’t attempt to unlock the door even 5 minutes before the 3pm check in time. We had a difficult time getting any of the 3 coffee makers to work. The queen bed sunk in the middle like sleeping in a ditch. What I did line was there lots of soaps to use for the guests and bottles of water. That was great. I would stay here again if I would be in the area but bring my own coffee maker.

Ann and her group attempted to access the home prior to the 3pm check-in time, if an earlier check-in time was needed, that should’ve been communicated prior. This resulted in the code being locked after numerous failed attempts and required the host to open the door remotely. It was surprising that they actually left the house unlocked for the entire stay and did not lock the door prior to leaving. The. front door of the house remained unlocked until the cleaners were able to attend to the house the next day. Totally unacceptable these guests showed no respect for house nor the host. Guest also had a gathering at my home which was against the house rules and also had a dog on the property without prior notice. Dog was left unintended in the house while guest attended a wedding and throughout the evening.

Hiking trip

Beautiful house, very clean in a beautiful neighborhood.Owner was very accommodating. We were doing a 45 mile hike and asked if we could check in early to get some rest before we headed out. Owner let us check in 4 hours early. I highly recommend renting this property if you are ever in the area and need a place to book. 5 star

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood

This is a nice well-maintained home in a very nice neighborhood. The property owner was easy to contact and just as easy to work with. Little touches like a new 1st aid kit and toothbrush that Trina had supplied came in handy and were appreciated. The internet and WIFI were excellent. Bring a long HDMI cable to hook your computer up to the TV because the house did not have local TV cable connected at the time we were there.

Family Reunion

Overall condition was very good. Everything that you would need was available at the home. We had one situation that needed attention. We contacted the manager. She returned our text immediately and the problem was solved. I would suggest that blinds be put on the bathroom windows. We would recommend this home.
