All mattresses are newer and linens and towels are all provided. Mailbox is right outside your front door so no need to walk to a street box.All rooms have ceiling fans, and proper lighting for reading. Outside patio has accent lights and motion detection lights on back of house. There are beach chairs for your use as long as they are hosed off and put away after use please.2nd bathroom is off the garage and back side door allowing easy access from the backyard and garage door leading into family room. sink is a large utility sink in the second bathroom allowing easy clean up from beach and outside activities. Washer and dryer are full loading machines located in same room as second bathroom. Flooring in home is new vinyl plank gray flooring throughout and tile in first bathroom and terrazzo flooring in family room, family room is bright and sunny with large windows allowing the outside to showcase onto brick patio has a large pottery barn gray linen couch super comfortable and large smart tv with wi fi , both bedrooms have smart tvs and cable wifi through out high speed. area rugs in living room with two comfortable reading chairs and large 6 top dining room table. Front door has a full screen /glass door leading out to a front additional covered patio as well with chairs for outside coffee in the morning, or rainy days when you want to sit under a covered porch. Kitchen is furnished with plenty of pots and pans dishes and silverware all to please your chef. quartz white countertops with very large eating breakfast bar 5 stools open area to watch the chef in your family prepare your food. brand new garbage disposal stainless steel appliances flat top glass stove, dishwasher, microwave and double door french refrigerator, refrigerator does not have water filter or ice maker.ice trays are supplied:) House is on public water and sewer. Everyone who comes to visit out home falls in love with it. It is very cozy and has all the upgrades you need for a pleasant comfortable stay. Side shed on property is owners shed and does not convey.There is one single car garage with automatic garage door opener.
