Loved the location of the house- close proximity to several great food options in the area. The host was so accommodating and friendly with prompt responses to any questions I had. Beautiful home away from home. I love that it was pet friendly and close to all of the popular places in Austin! I went for my birthday trip with my friends and the house was a perfect match for just us! Very homey and well stocked for any situation. This is an absolutely beautiful home! We enjoyed resting and relaxing by the pool and on the beautiful patio. The backyard is turf which made it easy to pick up after our dog and prevent big messes after the pool. The showers and beds are luxury!Beautiful home 20 mins or less away from everything so grateful for the restful weekend!

Nickie's brand new, gorgeous home was exactly what we had hoped for and more! We'd originally booked for 3 nights but added a 4th because we didn't want to leave. The home was in the perfect location, just a short walk to lake trails, wonderful restaurants and a plethora of fun things to do. The house was expertly appointed, super comfortable and the private pool in the backyard was such an added bonus. The space just felt so good and we can't wait to go back.

Clean and close to everything

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have the best weather, so it was nice to have a comfortable and private place to relax. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. After staying in many rental houses our main concern is always the cleanliness, this was the cleanest rental we have ever experienced. Much appreciated!! And a great bonus was the amazing smoothie place right around the corner.
