This property was perfect for our visit with our son at Chico State. It was spacious, comfortable, very close to campus, and has two luggage racks. That last point may seem trivial, but it was a great touch from the owners and very rare! Anthony communicated clearly and at the right times. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable!

The apartment is spacious and well appointed with thoughtfully coordinated design items. One could stay a long time in this spot. The bed was quite comfortable. Check in glitch due to my thinking I had reserved via Expedia, which I HAD, but instructions were at VRBO and I couldn't get into that site. The host did answer at about midnight, so that was appreciated. Expedia was not helpful! Very central location. Expedia brags about what you see is what you pay, but I am not sure the VRBO charges were front and center. Not sure.

Love the location, great bed, nice shower pressure, can be a bit loud on weekends, but you’re right by Chico State, great energy as far as I’m concerned.

Best Place to Stay Downtown!

We had such an amazing experience staying here! Not only was this house centrally located and so easy to walk to downtown, but it so quaint and cute. We’ll definitely be looking to come back and booking here again! Love it!

Easy check in and check out. The property was clean and had plenty of space for me and my friend. It gets a bit loud in the mornings sleeping next to the street but overall a nice place to stay.
