Great little quite area with good views but needs improvements

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We overall had a real good time There were several other things that need attention. The bedroom needs bedside lamps for reading. I think there was a set but they didn't work. I really needed somewhere to hang my clothes. There is nothing I had to use the rocking chair. The shower really Neeeds a place for toiletries and the tpaper holder was broke. Need to supply a step stool for us short people to reach pantry above the fridge and the top shelf with the cups and plates. We also would have liked somewhere to stretch out on the couch. I inquired about that and the lady I talked to said it was in #3 and let me in to go get. Definitely need more comfortable chairs outside those blk Rod iron ones are nobody's friend or at very least provide cushions. You also need to provide something for all the gnats and mosquitos that are inside. No pest strips work great. Also would be nice for some citronella candles to be complimentary for outside. The pool area was mostly clean but we had no umbrellas one was broke and the other wasn't there. We got there before the storm so I know it was already like that. The yard maintenance lady came one day and straight out lied about it saying it broke in storm. There are several holes in the pool fence that need attention and the pool itself is cracked. I was also surprised at the amount of trash in the front beer cans cups broken lighters and just trash. The laundry room light didn't work so that was an fun time in the dark ended up using one of the solar lights to see. The landscaping could use some help briars growing in the palms and more grass needed around the pool. There was no salt or pepper which was stated would be supplied. And if possible someone needs to come spray outside to keep the biting bugs at bay. Like the morning of someone checking in. The storm also created a huge runoff ditch pulling in so that needs to be filled. I know this seems like alot but it's a bunch of small things that would make it fantastic.
