The view from the house is amazing. It's actually very clean and a pretty house. Vik was prompt about getting back to us with issues we had, but unfortunately we received not even a partial refund despite not having functioning Wi-Fi or air conditioning, and having dirty towels with brown stains on them. I will give it to him that he fixed the problems, but it wasn't until 10:00 at night after our stay was mostly over. We didn't get to enjoy it. I don't ever leave reviews, but I felt this was important for customers to know going forward. Hope you have a better experience thank we did

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the mountain views and found the cabin clean.
For context, you checked-in was around 6:30 PM, and you notified us of the internet and HVAC issues shortly thereafter. We immediately contacted both Spectrum and our after-hours HVAC technician, and both providers responded the same evening. The issues were resolved before 9.30 PM.
Although these issues were unexpected and outside of our immediate control, we worked diligently to resolve them as quickly as possible. We also offered you a complimentary late checkout so you could enjoy more time at the cabin and take advantage of the mountain views you mentioned enjoying. You chose to decline that offer.
We strive to respond promptly whenever unexpected issues arise, and we appreciate the opportunity to do so for all of our guests.
Lovely little place. Well organized and clean. The big issue we had is one of the doors to the deck doesn’t lock and we didn’t feel comfortable staying with doors that don’t lock

Thanks a lot for your kind words!
The patio door handle needed to be lifted up to lock the door in place! We wish we had known you were having trouble locking the door and we could have guided you!
Hope to host you again!

Beautiful views
Love the back deck. Beautiful views. Overall wonderful stay here. Very cozy. Wish I would have realized the 3rd bedroom is separate from the rest of the house and accessible only from outside deck. Was not cleaned properly when we arrived but this was remedied by owner.

Hello Linda,
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We take every piece of feedback seriously and always strive to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome.
That said, I’d like to clarify a few points for the sake of future guests reading this:
Pet-Friendly: Yes — our property is proudly pet-friendly, as clearly listed. We believe vacations should include the whole family — including furry ones — and we regularly host guests with pets who enjoy their stays immensely.
Cleanliness & Oven: The oven was fully functional and used without issue by the guests before and after your stay. When you mentioned it, we immediately offered to send our cleaning team to address any concern, but you declined the visit.
Beds & Comfort: Comfort is subjective, but no previous or subsequent guests have reported any issue with the beds’ stability or comfort.
Windows & View: The panoramic mountain view is one of the most loved features of our home — mentioned by countless guests. The windows are cleaned regularly, and the view remains a highlight for nearly everyone who stays.
We understand that travel expectations can vary, but we hope future readers see that we respond quickly to any issue and truly care about guest comfort.
Wishing you well in your future travels,
Vik
This rental looked exactly like the photos! It was stunning and only 3 minutes from Chattahoochee skiing area. It was a little expensive but definitely worth it! We wished we would have booked it a day later to be able to stay in the house longer. The only thing that we had an issue with was that we couldn’t find the bunkers or game room. It was just two of us so it didn’t really matter, but it would have been nice to see for future rentals at this location.
