About this property

Remodel completed October 2022. Deluxe Floor Plan, Everything brand new, 2nd floor with fantastic water & garden views. Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ/grills, Tennis, Pickleball, B-ball & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes of the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples's Famous Beaches.

**We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.**

There's parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
No smoking, no pets.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the place you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you'll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there's on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Park Shore Resort

Park Shore is a lovely resort to stay, We have stayed there before but in a different Condo, this Condo was very updated, clean, beds were very comfortable, showers were great. I didn’t cook much but kitchen was very stocked, my only complaint would be that the lanai furniture was not very comfortable but that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Communication with Management was answered right away. All in all Park Shore is a very nice place to stay!
