Adell was an absolutely wonderful host and made my three-week stay truly enjoyable. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating anytime I had a question or needed anything. The home itself is in a fantastic central Naples location, making it easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping.The house was spotless when I arrived and exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s also very spacious, which made it easy to settle in for an extended visit. The beds were comfortable, and the entire home felt welcoming and relaxing.You can tell Adell genuinely cares about her guests and maintaining a beautiful, well-run home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Great location!

The house was perfect for us. It was a close walk to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets as well as to the hospitals I worked at, Publix around the corner and 5th Ave minutes away. Great kitchen to prepare meals. We’ll be back!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this house which is located in a very calm street and still not far from groceries/ shopping facilities.Communication with the host was fast and very accommodating. Beds are comfortable but as a Quien-size too small for us two people (though it is part of the description).You cannot adjust the A/C yourself but when I mentioned to the host it was fixed immediately. However,I needed a portable fan at night.Backyard was our favorite place. We had to clean the surfaces though after our arrival.

Why they chose this property

This home is located within walking distance to the beautiful shores of the Gulf Coast. It is in a walkable community. The area has excellent shopping, restaurants, beach life and an active lifestyle. Naples is home to the Artis Center for Performing Arts, the center hosts over 450 events annually and is home to the Naples Philharmonic Symphony and Chorus. Additionally, the Sugden theatre is an active community theatre opened year round with outstanding performances. Coastland Mall sits across the street from the house and offers restaurants, Dillards, Macys and a variety of other stores and is now home to the CineBistro where the latest movies are offered. Take a brief walk to Fleischmann Park where there is community center, playing fields, skateboard park, swings and slide. Or, walk to the Naples Zoo to visit with a variety of animals from zebras to alligators. Rental boats are available at Parkshore Marina.

Little Miss Sunshine, as I call the house, is a very comfortable and cozy house. This home is a welcoming home that will make your vacation perfect. Meticulously maintained, the house is set apart by the location, large private backyard, the central location and how cute it is. Coquina Sands is a multi million dollar neighborhood west of 41 that now has the Four Seasons Hotel a stone throw from this house. Additionally, there is a public bus system that runs up and down route 41, a brief walk 3 minute from the house.
