The condo met our needs. It was close to the bus to the slopes and not far from the walkway to Lionshead. It had room for our 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean and the owner was readily available when we needed him on our arrival because there were no linens for the pullout sofa.
We have several suggestions to make. The linens should be available especially since they know that all beds will be used. The excessive storage of pillows, chairs, fans should be moved so that the closets have room for clothes. And more hangers would be helpful. The bathtubs are slippery and need bathmats and safety bars.

great location, needs some updates
Property was in a great spot, just steps from the bus. Quick ride to the mountain. The couch and chair need to be updated, very uncomfortable. Beds were fine however in the 2nd bedroom there was no dresser so no place to unpack all your stuff. Living out of a suitcase for a week is a bit of a pain in the but. Also the ad says cable TV. there is no cable, strictly streaming services and you need to log into them with your own acct. There was a crock pot which was nice. Overall if you are looking for a fairly inexpensive place close to Vail village this place will suit your needs.
Sandstone location is very convenient. Reserved parking space is a plus! Owner called me to tell me how to connect to the internet before we even got to the property...so nice!!
This unit was clean and you can’t beat the location! It was just over the pedestrian bridge in Lionshead and also right down the street from the grocery store
We had a wonderful weak long stay at this property…check in was easy, communication was great, and it was super convenient to get to and from Lionshead/Vail Village. Only thing was that this property is very close to the highway and you can hear all the sounds, but otherwise all was well! Great stay and great times :)
This property was great for me and two of my friends. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was an easy walk or bus ride to Vail Village or Lionshead for skiing and exploration. The only downside is that the condo has thin walls, so we could hear the people (more specifically a very excited dog) in the unit above us, but really not an issue, since it was about time to get up in the morning anyways. Overall a great location and great experience.
The condo was clean and very comfortable! Location is great - close enough to Vail Ski Resort to walk or there is a bus stop very close by. Parking is assigned right by the entrance. There is some road noise from I-70 but not so loud that it kept us awake. Condo is older but in good condition. There is no cable TV right now but this was no problem for us as there is access to streaming services. We all enjoyed staying here very much!
Adequate accommodations for our skiing vacation. Very good communication from owner as well as owner was very accommodating.

We're sorry you weren't able to adjust the temperature and we always hope that renters are comfortable contacting us. You can adjust the temperature on the baseboard. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Vail.
Very good! Loved being there! Did not realize it does not have air conditioning. Great location. Very nice property. Very complete instructions and communication. Thank you for having us!!
The condo was nicely furnished and spacious. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and Netflix after a day of skiing. It was nice to have salt, pepper and a few spices and baggies, foil etc there. If I had known that we would have to negotiate a lot of stairs to access the condo I may not have booked it - the wood stairs were very slippery in ski boots and we had to cross two icy parking lots or go out on a sidewalk along the road to get to the bus stop - again carrying our skis and wearing our ski boots. We are in our 70s so this was not the most convenient for us.
There was a problem with the washer/dryer unit and we had to hand wash a load of laundry that was already wet and dry it on hangers. Only 2 of us ended up coming but this would be a nice place for a larger group. If I come to Vail again I would stay in the village so it would not be such an ordeal to get to the gondola. You have to walk all thru the village from the transportation center where the bus stops to get to the gondola.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Vail. There are steps to the condo but our management company does a great job of clearing the steps and the parking lot. We suggest that renters take the sidewalk to the bus stop instead of the short cut across the parking lot if you are concerned about the walk. We also recommend that skiers take the in-town shuttle to Golden Peak if you don't want to walk through town because it drops you off steps from the chairlift. Sorry that the dryer broke during your stay but we got it repaired as quickly as possible. We always want our renters to enjoy beautiful Vail as much as we do!

Great condo in a great location
The condo worked perfectly for our small group of 3. It was very cozy and clean, and an easy walk or short bus ride into Vail. I would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

Perfect place to stay for our ski trip to Vail
The location was easy, convenient to I-70 and to a free quick shuttle bus ride into Vail, with skis by day, or for dinner in the evening.
The ground floor unit with a view of a creek was cozy, comfortable, and had all we needed. Two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and comfy living space.
Joe was quick to respond and readily available to assist us (with an oversight on our part). Thanks Joe!

Christmas Ski
Condo was as described. Was able to cook full meals and appreciated the basics of dish soap, laundry soap, simple spices. Comfy furniture and good sized kitchen table. Very easy access to bus or to walk over bridge to Lions Head. Plenty of linens, Comfy beds - probably needs a few new pillows.

Nice older place. Well maintained and good value for the cost. Had a few problems when we got there with the lights and the owner was very responsive. Easy to catch the bus to the hill.

Great location, responsive owner. Nice kitchen and amenities.
Bus stop is very close 2 minute walk or less. Very easy walk directly to LionsHead over the I-70 Pedestrian bridge (10-15 minute walk). Nice view of the mountain. We watched Vail’s New Year’s Eve firework display from the parking lot.
Having an assigned parking spot was nice.
