We loved how the kitchen was fully equipped. There was a few things that could use some improvement, the hot tub was dirty and smelled like mildew, there was not enough wash rags for 15 people for 4 days, there was a pill of some sort behind the bed in the first bedroom on the left upstairs, the stopper was broke for the bathtub on the main level. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the feedback. Cleanliness and preparation are extremely important to us and we take comments like this seriously. Prior to this stay the home had completed a scheduled two day deep clean where our team moves furniture and cleans underneath every piece. The spa is also drained and refilled after every booking as part of our normal turnover process. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay if something is not perfect. We have a responsive local team and would have immediately sent cleaners, refreshed the spa, or delivered additional towels if needed. We appreciate the feedback and use it to continually improve so every guest has a smooth and comfortable stay.

Its a wonderful place

I can't say enough about how much our family enjoyed staying at this house. Well appointed. High end appliances. Plenty of space for everyone to gather and peel-off for a little privacy or a nap. We stayed over Christmas...loved the hot tub and firepit.
