You'll also be situated within easy reach of the interstate and just a few blocks from N. Main Street, which runs directly into downtown Houston - about five miles away. The
iconic Houston Farmers Market is also within walking distance of home where you can peruse a daily selection of local goods and produce.

The space is warmly furnished and comes well-appointed for both modern comfort and convenience. The kitchenette area comprises a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and fridge. A sofa and smart TV welcome casual at-home downtime. A dedicated desk by the window is also perfect for remote working. Free WiFi and a powerful, mounted mini-split air-conditioner round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
