I have contacted the host concerning the extremely dirty conditions of the home (floors were not clean, hair in the bathroom floor, toenail on the couch, open milk in the fridge, ants on the bed). I have yet to have any further communication.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean and fresh. We had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick. The rental price was very reasonable. It was good to be in a home rather than hotel rooms. Lovely stay!

the place is run down, not enough supplies to clean. dishwasher is in a slant so drawers fly open when you open the door. Bathroom Doesn’t lock, windows don’t open. furniture smells musty

Met our needs

This property served its purpose. There were things we liked about it and things I wish I had known prior to getting there. THINGS WE LIKED: - The beds were really comfortable. - The kitchen has been remodeled beautifully. - My children loved the game room. THINGS I WISH I HAD KNOWN BEFORE GETTING THERE: - It's not a great location. I suppose I should I have tried to research the area a bit more before booking, but this was right by an active railroad, behind what appears to be a condemned building, and catty corner from a warehouse. - The page states that there is a queen and two double beds, which is simply not true. This house has one queen and a trundle bed which had been pulled out for our arrival. Pulling out the trundle bed leaves very little room in the bedroom. Given that we were in the house long enough to sleep each night, the house met our needs.

External issues aside this house was clean, we'll stocked, and cozy. Host communication was top notch with reaponse time very speedy. With that being said their is a very active train about 400ft down the road that goes by every 2hrs at night. So if you looking for a cozy comfy beautifuly laid out home to just hang out then this is a go to, if your a business man that is staying and needs sleep and your not a deep sleeper maybe not the first option. Again with that said we would definitely come back to stay again.
