This lakefront home has so much to offer including an epic wet-bar on the basement level, private double decker dock, and big water views from nearly every room in the house! Relax by the water on the large main level balcony or the waterside patio off of the basement. Enjoy the easy walk down to the water! Bring your furry friends, pets are allowed for a fee! Just minutes from town, you will love exploring the trending city of Hartwell!

Main level - Master suite. King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom with tile shower, double vanity. Main level also has a half bath.
Basement - Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, Queen over Queen
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds Full over Full with Twin Trundle
Basement has 1 full bath with tile shower.
