Laundry is also on the main level. Down the stairs to the exposed lower level, you'll find a 3rd bedroom with a king set up and a fourth bedroom with 2 twins. There is also a pullout. The lower also has a common bath with shower and plenty of room for entertainment with a walkout to the yard and lake.
