This a wonderful place to stay. It is right across from Vanderbilt Beach in a gated community in a quiet area of Vanderbilt Beach. The intercoastal waterway is right behind the condo building. The condo was well stocked and the host, Maria, is excellent. She communicated very well with us and was very helpful. This is the second time I have stayed here and had a wonderful experience both times. The property is located close to restaurants and shopping. The sunsets are beautiful from the beach and the screened, wrap around porch allows a very good view of the beach. I vacation here yearly and have stayed in other condos. This condo is my favorite. I think it will be yours, as well.

Nice big condo with great views of the beach sunset across the road. Easy drive from the condo to stores, shopping, restaurants. Beautiful pool! People were very friendly and helpful.

nice views,close beach access and great pool. the pool heater broke but the HOA had it fixed in 2 days. They take great care of the property. And the weather was great so it didnt affect our stay. The condo was perfect as usual.

Perfect location!

Great location with views of the gulf and inland waterway. Saw dolphins and eagles by the poolside! Also a nice quiet location.

A very nice condo close to the beach

A very clean and well equipped condo with convenient private beach access. The pool was also great for when the little one had enough of the beach. I’d not hesitate to stay again next year!

Perfect week with Family

The space was very clean and checkin was easy. Perfect location and access to the beach was amazing… within walking distance. Pool was warm and kids enjoyed the lanai! Cannot wait to return !

Perfect location

Stayed here for 2 weeks. The location was great for going to the beach. Private access to beach was like having our own little saved spot. Pool and grill area were clean.

The apartment unit is clean and comfortable with all the necessary utensils. It is conveniently situated within a short walking distance from the beach. The check-in and check-out are very easy. We enjoyed our one week vacation.

Upscale appliances, wrap around porch with view of sunrise and sunset. Small building with friendly tenants. Great location, heated pool, grills excellent, nice tennis/pickleball groups to join Maria excellent!
