The space
This cozy home sits on a 1/3 acre lot.
Guests will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master room and has a king bed with a brand new Purple mattress. This room with have a private full bathroom and vanity.

The other two bedrooms have queen beds, full closets and televisions. Guests will also have a second full bathroom that has a vanity sink, toilet and shower tub. This bathroom is located right outside of these bedrooms.

The living room and kitchen are an open concept and the kitchen overlooks the large, fully fenced-in backyard.

Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests will also have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the spacious 1/3 acre backyard. The backyard has a fire pit, grill, and a vegetable garden that guests can help themselves to! Charleston

The house was nice and clean. All necessities were availble. The yard needed maintaining. Weeds in backyard were 2 feet or more tall. Some light bulbs were burned out. One in master bath. One on front porch. The storm door almost fell off the front entry. Property manager was quick to arrange for repair. Overall, we were pleased.

Great host, tidy and thoughtfully stocked house!

Katelyn is an excellent host! The house was ready upon our arrival — tidy and well-stocked with everything guests might need. We used the washer and dryer, borrowed the laundry basket and beach towels, appreciated the crunchy munchy snack basket, and found the small pots/pans/tupperware we needed when traveling with a young family. Katelyn is promptly responsive at all times! We had a few small maintenance issues during our stay (a non-functioning light fixture in one of the bathrooms, a few blown bulbs in the fan light, and a very difficult shower control knob in the other bathroom). Katelyn went immediately to Lowe’s to come up with solutions and asked permission to come by right away to review what was needed. We trust the property will continue to improve under Katelyn’s watchful eye and we plan to come back to this lovely home every time we visit family in Charleston! (Families with young kids, please know that this house is on a busy two-way street with only a small yard in between the front door and cars barreling down the road. However, there is a great back yard with a table and chairs, a fenced-in lawn, and a tree swing! Katelyn even supplied a few tubes of bubbles for the kiddos to enjoy — a sweet touch!) Thanks for a great stay! We’ll be back! :)

Great Holiday Getaway

My family and I (and our dog) had a wonderful time at this property. The location was very central to getting to/from Charleston and the greater area of.Great yard for our dog property was very clean and a great place to come back to had relax.Our property owner was very easy to contact and her directions both written and verbal were concise and easy to understand. Would stay here again!

Beach respite

Cozy cottage to relax in after a day on the beach or taking a hot historical tour. There are so many fun restaurants within a 2 mile radius. This is a great gateway as a couple, for your family, or fun friends …on size fits all!
