Secluded space on the water on James Island. Newly constructed space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Down stairs unit with magnificent waterfront views. Come enjoy the amazing sunrises and sunsets while looking over Clarks Sound towards Folly Beach. Deep in the heart of James Island yet just a few minutes from James Island Youth Soccer Club and only 15min to both downtown and Folly Beach.

This unit is attached to a family home however it has its own entrance and is completely enclosed with its own space. There is another unit upstairs that can also be rented for those with larger groups.

Well-appointed scenic property

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at this James Island property, when we had to stay around more than most visitors likely do. The interior was clean and spacious, and we felt at home with all the dishes and appliances in the kitchen, plus the shower liquids were a nice touch. The view of the marsh speaks for itself, and there was plenty of room to walk our dog. My wife was 7.5 months pregnant, so we did takeout for most meals, and she stayed behind while I did the Bridge Run. Despite having a few sets of neighbors, noise was never an issue.

Beautiful spot!

Property was clean and comfortable, well equipped, and in an absolutely beautiful location, right on Clark Sound. Beds were comfy, nice fluffy towels, nice kitchen. Only a 10-15 drive to downtown Charleston, and 15-20 mins to Folly Beach.

Great setting

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is fantastic and it's great that it's dog friendly. Very friendly hosts and the other guests were also nice to chat with.

Family visit

This is our 2nd time here! We love the view, cleanliness, and amenities! It’s such a great location to come visit family and have a wonderful place to come back to each evening. We hosted an egg hunt on the beautiful property for our 4 grands on Sunday! A perfect trip!!!

Peaceful setting so close to everything

Very calm and peaceful, beautiful sunrise over the water, host was amazing. Super close to downtown. Have already booked for my next trip to Charleston.
