Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home. Walk to Midtown in minutes or take a ride downtown right around the corner. Less than 1 hour from Lake Tahoe. Located in Midtown the neighborhood is surrounded by other homes and local businesses. You will be able to walk to midtown within minutes if you choose. 5 or so minutes to any Hospital, Airport, and freeway entrances. This property does have an exterior security camera located on the back wall in the stairwell that does not invade any privacy of guests.

The VRBO was very clean and nice. It was well located close to the downtown area. The price was excellent. The bed, however, was a bit uncomfortable. With no box springs, it sagged in the middle.

Nice property

This one bedroom is perfect for a couple. It was perfect for our stay of 3 nights. It is unfortunate we had to track down the owner to figure out how to check into the property. Also, there are slow moving insects or bugs in the living room. They would actually crawl on you when you’re watching TV.
