This 4-bedroom home has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation, golfers, boaters, fishing or quiet get away. You will find beautiful views in a protected cove with deep water and easy access to the channel.
This home is perfect for vacationing with family and friends - has 2 huge family rooms, with a 75- inch and 65-inch Smart TVs! Every room, including the screened in room offers a Smart TV with premium cable. Extra private master bedroom and bathroom on 2nd floor. Three bedrooms and 2 baths on main floor, one, with private access to remodeled bath. Expansive kitchen (double ovens, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven) n with breakfast bar (4 counter chairs) and dining table to seat up to 10 (six chairs and additional 4 folding chairs) open to family room with nonstop view of lake!
This waterfront lot is one of the best on Lake Norman - expansive grassy area out on a point with gazebo, fire pit and wrap around deck (with handicap ramp) to enjoy sunrises and sunsets! The screened in porch is perfect for dining outside or playing games.

Even rainy days offer views of the lake while you read a book from our library or play one of the many games offered. (Chess, Checkers, Monopoly and Poker and more)
Enjoy the pier with covered dock and waterfront deck. Room to dock 1 boat in covered boat slip and another along either side of covered slips.


Bring your own boat or rent a boat - plenty of room in driveway to park boat trailer. 2 kayaks available for use. Ping pong table, Foosball table, corn hole, croquet, and outdoor basketball hoop and more. The property has a high-end tankless water heater installed, so no worries about running out of hot water! In addition, a whole house filtration system and water softener is installed as well.
Bella Vista is in a great location! Only 5 miles from all the conveniences, major roadways, shopping, and just about anything you need! Easy access to I-77 for traveling South to Charlotte or North to the mountains. Beautiful Bella Vista

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is gorgeous and the home well appointed. We loved the location on the lake, perfect for exploring the North and South areas of Norman. We rented a boat but also used the kayaks the owners provided. My grandchildren had a blast and everyone agreed that this must be a yearly vacation spot! Best Panoramic Views on the Lake

We have stayed at many properties on Lake Norman and this one rates as one of the best!!! Beautiful property with perfect location on the lake! We loved the screened porch and large open deck with its panoramic views of the lake — views are stunning! The screened gazebo with swing was an added bonus. Nice easy walk to the boat dock; great to have use of the covered boat slip and jet ski ramp for our boat and ski. House is so roomy with plenty of space for everyone; great kitchen with everything in it; lots of toys, games, lake floats, etc. Plenty of parking space for cars, trucks and trailers too (often a challenge at other properties) and short drive (under 10 minutes) to stores/restaurants etc. We had a wonderful week and would absolutely return to Bella Vista!

Perfect Lake Norman Long Weekend

This Property is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Very clean, very well maintained. Loads of activities for all ages. Great place, but needs a little work

The property is located in the upper end of Mooresville, beautiful area. It's a little outside of the main areas and stores but there is a convenience store 6 mins away. The property in terms of lake views is ideal! Wonderful in that regard and have absolutely zero regrets about booking the property. A couple small issues, one we had to locate and clean the lounge chairs to enjoy laying out. The AC is bad and the owners need to address this. I am from the industry and it's clear there is little charge in the units. We were mostly out of season so it was not a big deal but will be. The rental company instructions are very different from owners instructions for upkeep and checking out. The biggest issue was the gazebo. It was a mess. It was a big reason we rented the place. The screens were all torn and you really could not use it. There are still geese, but they were not terrible by any means. The house has everything you will need. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle-board, foosball, table tennis and basketball net. There were a couple fishing rods as well but I actually brought one. The boat dock is slick, we rented a boat while staying and it came in handy. This is a family style home with a neat story and the owners are very proud, as they should be, for all the memories created on the land. We also enjoyed our time and made memories. The owners did offer a free additional night for the issues, but we had to get back.

Better than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and small appliances. The two refrigerators worked great to keep one for drinks and the other for foods. Family vacation

The location was ideal. We golfed at Trump National which was very close to the property. The views were beautiful and the home met all of our needs. We particularly liked having 2 family rooms at opposite ends of the house. We could spread out. The yard, deck, dock, gazebo, kayaks and basketball kept our family very active. We also relaxed. I would stay here again.

Magical stay in Mooresville

We had the most wonderful week staying at this property. It was perfect for our family, especially our family member who uses a wheelchair. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the lake and wildlife (swimming deer and lots of birds), fishing, and swimming. We’ve already booked our stay for next year!!!

Great weekend get awy

We had a great stay, despite some rainy weather! The house was very clean. We grilled out and made meals at the house and the well stocked kitchen was great. There is an extra fridge in the laundry room which was helpful too. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock and trying out the kyaks and paddle board. We were able to keep our boat in the covered dock slip and use it all weekend. The rental property replied quickly with any questions I had. As other reviews stated, the goose poo is a little bit of an issue. It was no problem walking to the dock though and our kids still ran around in the grass, but there were definitely some land mines to look out for when walking to the gazebo. Its a great property, I would book again.

Amazing property with large outside spaces for multiple activities at the same time

We are a family if 6 adults and 3 littles. The house fit us well and served all our needs. To address past comments: geese- there was a small amount of poop on peninsula grass but flags and sprinkler system seems to deter them. They did fly in during our pack out though. Plenty of hot water and coffee makers. Small suggestions will be sent directly to the owners as not a make or break .

Beautiful property!

The moment we arrived we knew we were going to have a wonderful time, the view was spectacular. When we walked in we noticed the house didn’t have that cleaned house smell so we wiped everything down ourselves. We did notice there were a few house keeping details that weren’t up to standards and we addressed our concerns to the proper channel. I think one of our most favorite times was having coffee on the porch and looking at the beautiful water. We were thrilled to see the kayak and paddle board which came in handy. We had plenty of room for our boat and jet skis which were of constant use. I must say the kitchen was well equipped which made me so happy! It was a sad Saturday when we packed up and left for NJ. We plan on returning to Lake Norman again!
