An elevator and interconnected decks provide seamless access to the pool, hot tub, grilling area, and fire pit. From there, you’re just steps away from sinking your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, the fully open-concept living area offers WiFi, a 72” smart TV, and a stereo receiver, while a real wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. This space also includes a tournament-style pool table, a daybed that expands to a king, and a full bath. The well-appointed kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for five, and the large dining table accommodates 12–16 guests, opening directly onto the deck.

Each bedroom is refreshingly upscale and equipped with a smart TV. Sleeping arrangements include:

Outside, you'll find under-house concrete parking, a private boardwalk to the beach, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A fish-cleaning station, propane and park-style grills, and ample deck space make outdoor living effortless. Two exterior staircases provide convenient access from the beach, pool, and all outdoor areas.

For entertainment, enjoy outdoor ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and bocce ball. The bright and cheerful interior boasts 10-ft ceilings, hardwood floors, and an airy open design.

When can we move in?

What can I say? This trip was just what the doctor ordered for my wife and I - relaxing in comfort while surrounded by beauty. Whether relaxing on the beach or the couch, you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean skyline - which we just couldn't get enough of. I absolutely loved using the provided kayaks while the wife enjoyed lounging on the beautiful sands soaking up the sun. Getting back and forth from the house to the beach couldn't have been much easier - using the private boardwalk made setting up our day camp a relatively quick and painless process, which isn't always the case. Like all houses in this area, there are lots and lots of steps, but the elevator made quickly and safely accessing the many areas of the beautiful house as easy as one could ask for. We really appreciated the attention to detail when it comes to comfort and amenities - it's often difficult for us to fully unwind when in a new place, but Livia and her team made sure the house felt like a home so we had no problem coming in an unwinding almost immediately. So, when can we move in? Thanks for everything - we hope to visit again soon!

Great property. Walk out the back door onto the beach. The beach is a couple miles from the public beach so not crowded at all. Excellent location. Everything was as advertised.
