Great house! The bunk room is tight though. The driveway is difficult for maneuvering 8 cars. But great house overall!

The house was in a great location & had enough space for our large gathering. We appreciated the communication of the property manager throughout the process. The only downside was the pool was not cleaned when we arrived, but other than that the stay was wonderful.

Nice place only complaint is an overwhelming mildew smell. I think it just from lots of wet towels over time but the smell is strong. If you have allergies you might need to know that. Place was clean and right on the beach. Kitchen was adequate stocked . Grill sucks. They need replace that.

Wonderful Property for a Family Beach Getaway

Latitudes was everything we could have asked for in a beach vacation home! Location was central to all things to do in Destin area. The house was beautiful and LOVED the layout. Plenty of space and love that it was only two stories unlike most beach homes. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. The master bedroom and bath was phenomenal and the views were spectacular. The other bedrooms in the house lacked proper closets or luggage racks. In the room with two queen beds, each of the guests had to sleep with the luggage on the other side of their bed. Thank goodness they each had their own bed. There was also mold coming g out of the air vent in that bedrooms ceiling. The Wi-Fi was so spotty that our friend who had to work from the property could not and ended up having to take PTO. We called about it several times, but there was no proper resolution. The bunk room is tinier than it looks in the pictures The kitchen is wonderful, fully stocked and had everything we needed. The pool looks small, but was actually perfect for our group. The gulf cart and bikes and beach set up were wonderful! Don’t think we will rent Latitudes again just due to how expensive it was for a week and not everybody having the best sleeping accommodations.

The house was beautiful! The view was amazing, the water was clear, and the path to the beach was perfect. There were two refrigerators in the kitchen, which was important for our large group. It was nice having the golf cart to make short trips. The maintenance people were really great. We had an issue with the disposal, and they came and replaced it that same day. We reported only having a handful of glasses/cups, and they delivered more that very day. We had unfortunate weather, but still had a wonderful stay. The only thing that may be nice for future renters to know is how small the bunk room is, but it worked just fine for our group.I would definitely recommend!!

Our stay at Latitudes was a wonderful week with our kids and grandkids! The communication for check-in, codes for golf cart and bikes, and house rules were well done and easy to access. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and the living area and dining area were perfect size for our 11 family members and are window lined for a great view of the beach at all times. The guest house with game room gave our older grandkids a great space to hang out and have their own time together, just perfect!

Latitudes is the most incredible home on the beach. My family of 7 took over the house and it was perfect- it provided plenty of space for everyone and included nice amenities such as soaps, shampoo, etc in the bathrooms. The views of the beach are spectacular. Heating the pool was a very good idea for spring break weather. The beach access and chair set up added value to the rental. The location is close to many restaurants, stores, etc. the neighborhood is also extremely desired- quiet, clean, safe, high income demographic, easy to ride bikes. Above all, the property manager was easy to contact when we ran into any issue- in our case, the security code wasn’t working for the door but we had it fixed within minutes. The attention to detail, great communication, and kindness is what makes this company and location a 5-star success.

Amazingly beautiful property

The Lattitudes property was simply amazing! The property was actually too large for our group, but we wanted directly on the beach so we decided to book. So glad we did! The property was very clean with fantastic views and literally steps away from the beach. Between the beach and the private pool, the children in our group were rarely dry. The ONLY thing we could have wished for that wasn't available would have been a table outside with an umbrella. There just wasn't anywhere to find shade on the decks and patio.

There are MANY stairs to get into the unit which I did not see on the listing. Many broken, not working items in uinit during our stay. The cleanliness was not wonderful with past guest residue and a green pool but that is easily corrected. The management was very assessable and responded quickly to issues.

We loved the location. The house was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It was great for our group of 15. The beach was clean. I didn’t give 5 stars for just a couple things. Every time we used the oven, the gas smell was overwhelming. So much so that we had to open doors to vent the smell then the AC couldn’t keep up and it was hot for the rest of the evening. We had a bathroom sink stop up and was fixed, but took all day and a couple insects were spotted in 2 of the bathrooms. Trash from the previous week wasn’t picked up until Tuesday mornnng. Cans were full when we arrived on Saturday.
