Our family of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants had a wonderful time. Our host thought of everything a multigeneraltional family could need and/or want on a family vacation. The home was very inviting and well laid out with lots of space for both individual quiet time and joyous family gatherings.

We had an excellent stay. The house is huge and beautiful. The owners go above and beyond to make sure anything you want or need is at the house for you to use. I’ve stayed in many bay/beach houses over the years and none can compare. Literally bring food and a toothbrush and you’re set for your stay. The owner was very quick to respond to every question or request I had. Highly recommend.

We cannot express the gratitude we have for the hosts. Kind,detailed, the house was immaculate easy access to dock. Our family had the time of their lives. Our grandchildren had so... much fun that by 830pm the smaller ones were exhausted! Most of us followed suite there after! The Kitchen was a dream to cook in! My husband is a chef and loved the space! Outdoor evening s'mores were perfect adult and child alike. We would definitely come back to stay! Thank you so much! You made this family vacation a true gem.

The house beautiful, very clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our large group. The appliances and spaces were modern and welcoming. The host was friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this property if you are staying in Mystic Island!

Check-in was easy. Information was sent how to get in a few days ahead of time. Kitchen was spacious and had items I needed to be able to cook meals. It is a beautiful kitchen. Overall the house accommodated our family very nicely.

We brought a girls soccer team to a tournament in New Jersey and ten players stayed with two adult chaperones. The house was amazing, so clean, fun, and ideally located. We took advantage of being close to the beach on our "day off" and it was a highlight for us. Everything from beds to bathrooms to kitchen appliances was perfect. The house is super comfy and convenient. Thank you to Hannah and Joe. Top class :)

What was described was exactly what we got. A beautiful, clean, home with everything you needed for your stay. Hannah was quick to respond to any questions that I had. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property. I would definitely stay here again.If I had to mention a negativity for the property it would be that there are a lot of stairs. If you have elderly people, I would be mindful of this. There are a steep set of stairs to enter into the home and a set of stairs to go to the bedrooms.
