We’re a family of four based in Philadelphia and spend as much time as we can down here on the water. What started as a personal escape quickly turned into something we love sharing with others.
We designed this home the way we like to travel — comfortable, easy, and centered around spending time together. Most of our best days here are simple: coffee on the deck, kids playing outside, afternoons on the water, and ending the night under the lights at the bar.
As hosts, we try to make everything feel effortless for our guests. You’ll find a detailed guidebook with our favorite spots, local tips, and little things that make your stay easier (especially if you’re traveling with kids or a group).
We’re always available if you need anything, but otherwise want you to feel like the house is fully yours to enjoy.

We chose Mystic Island because it gives you the best of the Jersey Shore without the crowds or chaos.
The lagoon setting is what makes it special — it’s calm, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing right at the house. You can spend the entire day outside without ever needing to leave, which is a big part of why we love it.
At the same time, you’re close to everything:
* Graveling Point Beach (about 1 mile) — calm, shallow water with no waves, great for toddlers and easy beach days
* Long Beach Island / Beach Haven (about 20 minutes) for classic ocean beaches, restaurants, and shopping
It’s the kind of place where you can do as much or as little as you want. Some days we go out and explore, and other days we never leave the backyard.
