This house is absolutely amazing! So close to the beach, easy check in and out process, and great communication with the host. I cannot recommend this property enough! This was our 2nd year staying here and we will definitely be coming back next year!

Great stay for a young family with two kids under age 6! The home was comfortable and convenient, and renting a golf cart made getting around easy—but you could definitely walk to the beach if you wanted to. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus and perfect for rinsing off after beach time. We had a wonderful vacation and would happily stay again!

This property is a little piece of heaven on earth. The cottage provided everything we needed for a perfect get-away to paradise. The host was fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back to LGI in the future. Book the trip! You won’t regret it.

Cute, clean, close to the beach

A quick easy walk both from the dock and to the beach, made for an easy stay. Pictures don’t do justice; the home is super clean, updated and comfortable. My only suggestion would be some additional lighting in the sitting area and additional knives for food prep in the kitchen. Electricity was out on the whole island when I first arrived but Maday was right on top of communication. Definitely recommend.

Peaceful Island Escape

I spent a relaxing week at this beautifully appointed cottage on Little Gasparilla Island, and it was everything I’d hoped for. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — a perfect base for exploring and unwinding.LGI was serene and full of natural beauty. I enjoyed shelling, fishing, boating, and quiet moments on the dock watching dolphins and birds drift by. The beach was lovely, the sunsets unforgettable, and the privacy made it truly restorative. Friendly neighbors added to the charm.Highly recommended for anyone looking to unplug and connect with nature in comfort.
