Very well equipped. Communication with the host was outstanding. Highly recommended (it is worth noting that the property is on 700 South--which is a busy street).
We loved this stay. The layout is great and functional. It is a perfect location and we were able to walk to downtown and lots of food options. Next to amazing doughnuts! When we come back to SLC we will try to book this house again. Well stocked. Had water for us on arrival. Laundry can we utilized. Great place
This home was accurately listed and it had all the amenities listed. Parking was clearly communicated and smooth check in. The layout of the home was nicely put together with beautiful decor and great lighting. I would recommend adding mirrors in the bedrooms to have more options for bigger groups to get ready. Although the home was clean, there was a cockroach issue near front door to which one crawled inside every night we stayed there. It was concerning as we didn't feel comfortable and had to be extra careful with our belongings. It was communicated to host to address.

Daisy was a great guest but I need to address the cockroach issue. This home does not have cockroaches, this home is downtown and I cannot control what happens in the city. Daisy let me know and I got right on it and addressed it. We went to the house and sprayed poison all around the perimeter of the house. The morning she left we went inside the house and sprayed for extra measure and there hasn't been a problem since
We have stayed at this property multiple times and really enjoy it. The location is close to the U, and walking distance to great dining and shopping. I highly recommend!
Lovely home near so many places in Salt Lake. We lived using the home as our base for moving both our kids into Univ of Utah. Super convenient to shops, restaurants and it made it a week to remember. We will definitely be staying here again when we come for visits.
We had a good stay at this condo in Manchester. The space was clean and well-kept, making it comfortable for our time there. The only challenge was the locationâitâs not the easiest spot to get around without a car. Overall, a nice place if youâre driving or donât mind arranging transport.
Loved everything about it!! Fit mine and my familyâs needs for the time being, very affordable for the extended stay and overall made are stay here a lot easier!!!
Was in town for work at Trolley Square. Right across the street. Access to the light rail and the downtown was super easy. Off street parking was a great perk.
My daughter's and are were in SLC for a couple of days. This house is in a great location! The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless!

This was a cute little place ideal for my work needs. Right on 700 east it was a bit busy with traffic but it seemed to be chill at night. It was nice to be close to Liberty Park and an easy walk to restaurants in Trolley Square.
The location of the property is easy to get to all the main downtown attractions and close to public transport. The house was clean and very nice!
