It is clean, simple and the beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet.

The space itself is very cozy—it has everything you could need and everything is in good working condition. A grocery store is literally 2 blocks away if you find you need any food and there is also a Walgreens, gas station, Taco Bell and other small restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. This is very important in Rexburg, Idaho where it gets very cold! The building itself is also friendly and there’s plenty of parking and privacy.
It was the ideal location to help our son move into his apartment at BYU-I. Had everything we needed except laundry.. there might be some in the complex but it was not explicitly called out how or where to access it... You do need a Roku account or bring a digital antenna to watch TV (luckily i have Roku) check in was easy, and they had all the plates, cups and pans you need.I would absolutely recommend and would stay here again in the future.
Our stay was great The apartment was suitable for our family, thank you for making it available for us. It was extremely close to BYU-Idaho where our daughter was graduating. The only thing that was missing was toilet paper so we went and purchased so much is fine thanks again!
Overall had a great experience. Was in a great part of the town, lots of things to do and places to eat. Had a fully stocked kitchen which was very convenient.
We loved this apartment. Not too far of a walk from campus, extremely clean, and a very nice place for our family to stay. We would definitely love to come back.
Newly renovated, nice clean apartment. The beds were so comfortable! We were very impressed. The only down side was we were not aware of road construction close by and it made getting to the apartment difficult at first, but once we figured out the side streets it wasn’t a problem! Thank you for the nice stay!
I didn’t want to sleep in a tent with my baby for a family reunion in the area. This apartment was a comfortable alternative. The A/C or furnace was noisy, but it becomes white noise when you get used to it.
no A/c , broken bed, uncleaned bath tub, dishwasher is not closed

It was okay.
Overall, the apartment was fine. The beds are pretty small and very squeaky. The neighbors above us were incredibly loud starting at about 11:30pm. The bathtub appears very dirty. Might just be stuck on there. I did wipe it down and nothing came off. But other than that it was fine and safe. It’s priced accordingly, so no complaints there.
Thanks!
While this place is conveniently located near the university I probably would not stay here again. The mattresses were very soft so if you prefer a firm mattress keep looking. The metal bed does not have enough support under the mattress so in addition to it being too soft, it was sinking in the middle. Everytime we moved the bed frame would squeek so we eventually took the mattress off and put it on the floor.Turns out the bed frame was broken. We had an early start the morning we left so we went to bed early only to be woken up by someone upstairs “jumping on the bed” as my daughter put it, ahhhh… apartment living, don’t miss that one bit! My son slept on the futon and was not impressed- super uncomfortable to sleep on and not comfortable to chill on when we did spend a few hours there during our down time. And lastly this place could use a deep cleaning. Between splatters on the bedroom wall that appeared to be dried blood to the dust around the vent in the bathroom I didn’t feel very reassured that the apartment was very clean.
Overall I rated this property with 5 stars mainly due to the low price, cleanliness, and the 2nd bedroom for our grandchild. However, you should know that you truly get what you pay for. The description was hit & miss (no shampoo or shower soap, the only "cleaning supplies" were dish & laundry soap, the "laundry" requires coins (I would've brought some had I known), the "equipped kitchen" was bare bones, and the "bottom story" is down a half-flight of concrete stairs. There is a hand railing, but access was somewhat difficult for my disabled hubby. The "extra pillows" aren't for use. In-house instructions said they were "for decoration only & to keep them in (provided) baskets". The pillows that were for use were terribly uncomfortable so be sure to bring your own!! The kitchen had some aluminum foil, although no plastic wrap or bags (except trash bags). But, like I said, it was great for the price & suited our basic needs. Walmart isn't far, so we picked up what was lacking. We did appreciate some very nice touches such as the pleasant decor, a very broad collection of kitchen spices, good quality bath towels, handy hooks for hanging jackets, free Wi-fi with Netflix, chocolates, hot chocolate (& coffee), etc. Overall we were happy to have a safe, clean, affordable place to stay with 2 bedrooms - just be sure you anticipate the need to provide some items for yourself.
