We’re so sorry about the propane running out and the inconvenience it caused during your dinner plans. If we had known right away, we would have been more than happy to replace the tank immediately for you. I hope in the future you’ll let hosts know if you’re having any issues so we have the opportunity to address the situation right away and make sure you have the best experience possible. We’ll also take extra steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again for future guests. We’re also very sorry for the confusion with the directions. We do our best to provide detailed instructions on how to reach the cabin by sending messages and providing a guidebook with detailed directions, and we regret that our earlier message was missed. Regarding the road, 4-wheel drive or a similar vehicle is recommended for extra ease, but we’ve also had smaller vehicles successfully make it to the cabin without any issues.
