We are sorry for the disappointment regarding the pool heat; to clarify, the heater is activated on the day of arrival to ensure it is running for your stay, as we cannot run it while the home is vacant. Regarding supplies, we provide a 'starter kit' for the first night to help guests get settled, as most prefer to restock with their own brands for longer stays. We’re glad we could accommodate your early arrival and hope to host you again for a more seamless stay.
