Have an amazing time at this unique and fun getaway. No noise ordinance on this end of the Lake! Waterfront property on Eagle Mountain Lake! Beach access with kayaks, bbq, and lots of fun.
The space
Bedroom 1 for more privacy and comfort. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and tv. Bedrooms 2 has 2 full size beds, a couch, and a tv. Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds and a tv. Open yard area with plenty of space for games and bbq. Waterfront with a beach area to swim around. We have a outside storage bin that’s loaded with tubes, floating mat, and outdoor games. Lots of board games stored inside the house. Dart board and pool table in the living room with a party setting light. 75” TV in the living room with Roku, Hulu, Spectrum, Nexflix, HBO, ESPN, Peacock, and more. Large walk in shower.
Guest access
Can access all parts of the house. Waterfront beach access area for the guest as well. No access to neighboring properties or their boat docks. 2 kayaks on the property, hammocks, several tubes, floating mat, and outdoor games.
Other things to note
Partnered with a boat and jet ski rental company to provide additional fun on the lake. Great Lakeside bar and grill .5 mile from the property. Located in a beautiful cove area. Jam out to your music without worry. Bluetooth speaker outside. Pool table inside
