HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Getaway Escape, your perfect North Myrtle Beach vacation spot. This 7-bedroom beach house is just a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with 4 private baths and a private swimming pool. Located on a relaxing side street, steps from the beach and only a short distance from the area's top attractions, this is the perfect space for your family, friends, and your pups are even welcome!

There's plenty of space for everyone at this detached but private home, offering 2 stories, 2 living suites and sleeping options for up to 19 guests.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, laundry room, large gourmet kitchen and living room, mudroom and card table! Just completely renovated with vinyl plank flooring, new walls, new gourmet kitchen with gas stove, new beautiful, updated master suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, Office, laundry area and mudroom.

The second floor is uniquely separate from the upstairs for additional privacy and comfort. It has a spacious foyer and open floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen has lots of cabinets, a breakfast bar and a large pantry. Two master en-suites and a stackable washer and dryer and bidet located in the first en-suite bathroom. It also features a den with awesome built-ins and new sleeper sofa. Off from the den is the 3rd bedroom that overlooks the backyard.

Both levels have lots of windows that make it light and airy. There are stairs to the backyard from the den and stairs to the front yard from the front entrance.

There are brand-new Smart TVs throughout the home, making it easy to enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, and more. Full cable channels are also available to watch that favorite sports team, catch up on the news, and watch your shows!

The backyard is totally awesome and the perfect gathering spot for everyone– private, updated and plenty of space. The centerpiece is a BRAND-NEW SALTWATER POOL. This custom pool features a sun shelf, perfect for sunbathing or can also function as a kiddie pool for the little ones, led color changing lights and a volleyball net. The pool can be heated but only in April, May, September, October and November, additional fees apply. A 15x12 covered porch with shaded seating to enjoy those awesome afternoon happy hours and morning coffees and plenty of lounge chairs and seating around the pool perfect for relaxing and catching some rays. A charcoal park grill is conveniently located in the backyard pool area and perfect for summertime cook outs. Also, an outdoor shower if you need to rinse off before going inside.

The home has a home generator – it runs on propane gas. So, you will never lose power here! Also featuring tankless water heaters so you’ll never run out of hot water no matter what.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay including both the upstairs, downstairs and private backyard with pool.
