Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for1 vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our furry friends.

Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
