About this property
Tahoe Park Beauty w/ Private Hot Tub!
If you’re looking for a fantastic cabin in lower Tahoe Park (close to everything), then look no further! This beautiful home is available and ready to be enjoyed!
It is within a 5 minute walk to some of the best west shore destinations and includes a private hot tub, fully landscaped yard and EV Charging capability! Located on one of the best streets in Tahoe Park, enjoy easy access to Sunnyside, Shadyside Lounge, Firesign Cafe, West Shore Market and the ever-popular Lake Tahoe Park Association Beach. In addition, you can catch the bike trail just down the street and enjoy miles of paved trails down the west shore, into Tahoe City, our out along the Truckee River all the way to Alpine Meadows & Palisades.
This home is perfect for a few families or a group of close friends to enjoy. You`ll love the layout which includes a nicely appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open living / dining room downstairs, extra bonus / TV room upstairs, beautifully landscaped grounds and private hot tub. And with central heating and portable AC units on each level, you’ll be able to enjoy a comfortable temperature regardless of season.
A feeling of comfort emanates as soon as you walk through the doors of this beautiful home. Downstairs, the living room, dining room and kitchen promote unity with a traditional, open floor plan and a back patio which invites the outdoors in. Comfortable furnishings, well appointed lines and lovely art grace this home with class and style throughout. Everything about this home is warm and comfortable.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom # 1 (downstairs) - Cal King
Bedroom # 2 (upstairs) - Cal King
Bedroom # 3 (upstairs off the bonus / tv room) - 4 Full Sized Beds - Great room for all the kids to sleep!
Outside, you`ll love the fully landscaped backyard with grassy lawn, hammock, expansive deck, outdoor dining table / chairs and gas grill (available during warmer months only). And when you`re really ready to relax, take a soak in the private hot tub or just chill out on one of the wood rockers and read a book.
And there’s a 240 volt outlet in the garage that can be used to charge your electric vehicle! Just bring your chord and plug in. It doesn`t get any more convenient!

The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 5 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. You’ll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
There are a few steps that lead up from the parking pad to the front entry door. During winter storms, the front door can be blocked with snow that’s shed from the roof. It’s generally best to enter the home through the attached garage. We do our best to ensure reasonable access to the property, but depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), there maybe berms piled up in front of the garage doors. There are shovels located onsite that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
WINTER ADVISORY: By reserving this house during the winter months (November - April), you acknowledge that you will be traveling into the mountains and that winter storms are common and often unpredictable. The dates that you are choosing to reserve are being held for your group and are therefore unavailable for other groups to reserve. In all cases, our cancellation policy will prevail. There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.
ALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, there’s always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.
