Escape to paradise in a brand new 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home, centrally located in Marathon, in Ocean Isles Fishing Village. Our condo is steps away from open ocean views with an enormous elevated pool overlooking the Atlantic. Condo is fully furnished will brand new amenities. Living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen memory foam mattress. Master bedroom has a king size memory foam cooling mattress, along with a twin trundle bed. Living and bedroom both equipped with 65` Smart Tvs.
Great community 7 acre ocean front property. The clubhouse is welcome for all guest. We generally have a lot of cook outs. Come join us for the fun. VACA-23-101
There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
