Very welcoming home with stylish nicely appointed open concept entertainment space on main level (kitchen, dining area, living room w/ wood burning fireplace) and one bedroom (king bed) and one bathroom.

Please note that one of the bedrooms is an open loft. It has a steep ladder that overlooks the living space and has a full bed and smart TV. For people with mobility issues this may be difficult to access. It is perfect for tweens and teens.

Downstairs has two more bedrooms and share the bathroom with a laundry area. One bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, armoire and luggage rack. The other bedroom has a barn door w/ its own sitting area, sauna, queen bed, smart TV and a slider leading to backyard. PLEASE NOTE: The barn door it still being worked on that will be completed by May 15th. We have discounted our rates during this time to reflect the downstairs bedroom area barn door work not being completed.

Imagine warming up by the wood burning fireplace after a long day skiing, hiking, or simply taking in the peace and quiet of this mountain side retreat.

The two outdoor decks located on main floor have plenty of space for everyone. The front deck offers a gas fire pit with plenty of seating and the rear deck has seating, picnic table, gas grill and a charcoal grill.

For guests staying for an extended time there is no need to pack extra clothes as a brand new full-size washer and dryer will take care of your laundry.

Books and games are provided to really disconnect from the hustle of the city to reconnect with friends & family.

The house has WIFI and streaming.

Amenities Center open all year long with two heated outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs (seasonal) one pool and hot tub is dedicated for guest 21 and older.

Two heated indoor pools, one is a lap pool. One indoor hot tub. Children under 14 must be accompanied by adult in the Community Center. There is full size tennis court, basketball court, pickleball court, 1/2 basketball court, full gym, men/women’s locker rooms, small arcade, pond for swimming and fishing. There is an outdoor bar, restaurant and live music/weekends and holidays in the summer months. Guests may contact Waterville Estate for schedule and hours of operation.

The on-site bar is near the front desk and is open all year long.

We provide 4 guest passes for use during your stay (kids 7 and under are free). If you are traveling in larger groups than 4 you are able to use the passes at separate times or additional guest passes are available for purchase at the amenities center they are $10 per day for children 8-17 and $20 for over 17 years of age. They are 1/2 price on weekdays.

Campton Ski Area - Open to all guests during the winter weekends and holidays. Guests may contact Waterville Estate for schedule and hours of operation.

Waterville Estates offer discounted Waterville Valley lift tickets at the front desk for purchase.

WINTER BONUS: 1/2 mile from the home there is a full bar ski lodge with weekend live music, food, on tap beers, and $25 lift ticket for day or night skiing! Guests may contact Waterville Estate for schedule and hours of operation.
