Relaxed spring break

Better than a hotel for a family of 6. Made great use of the grill, and close walk to the park for the kids to run and play. Overall quiet neighborhood about 30-40 minutes drive to the beach/ touristy things.

Quiet, clean and comfortable stay

Place was clean, had no issues, everything worked, host was communicative and friendly, easy to get to, location was perfect - central to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again Suggestion: I arrived at night and lights were off so it took a bit longer to find the house. Labelling the light switches will also help new guests

Location for Tampa Bay and Clearwater

The location was in a clean neighborhood, close to walking trails and centrally located for all our activities at the beach; Phillies; boating; golf; dinning; etc.

Christmas Getaway

Spent Christmas with our son who lives in Palm Harbor. This home was perfect. Everything was 5 stars. I am not one for writing reviews,but we need to give high praise for the owner. They met all our needs and beyond. The home was perfect, Clean, well supplied, i.e.towels etc. The neighborhood was quiet throughout the day and night. Perfect location for a vacation and /or rest.
