This spacious, single level residence features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and breathtaking views of the Inter-coastal waterway and St. Simons Island marina.

Features include modern furnishings, hardwood and tile floors, a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, 3 flat screen tvs that provide streaming services only, and 3 dvd players, a gas-log fireplace, and a large balcony overlooking the marina.

This new marina community is conveniently located at the base of the FJ Torras Causeway, with easy access to all the amenities of St. Simons Island and the Mainland.

The community features a swimming pool and hot tub and is within walking distance of the Coastal Kitchen restaurant. This a wonderful location for short or extended vacations!

Wonderful View and Location!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of five! Beautifully decorated! We saw manatees and dolphins in the marina. We were attending a wedding on the island and this was perfect. It made it easy to hop over to I-95 and make two trips to the Jacksonville Int. Airport. It was nice sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the boats lights at night. I used the Coastal Kitchen Room for the Bridesmaids Luncheon and it was a fantastic setting as well as a top notch staff. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
