Welcome to Adria Bayside Cottage

Located just 4 short blocks from the beautiful family-friendly Delaware Bay beach and within walking/biking distance to the ferry terminal, adorable cottage is looking forward to welcoming you and your family or traveling couples. All of the cozy rooms are well appointed for your vacation needs. There is a large kitchen, laundry room, fenced yard with a fire pit, beach storage shed, and large deck with all the amenities needed for outdoor dining. This rental is new to the market Spring 2023, and has been freshly furnished with traveling vacationers in mind. The sunsets are beyond breathtaking, and a beautiful walking sidewalk runs the length of the bay. The streets are wide, and biking is easy. Onsite parking is available for up to 3 cars, and there is ample free street parking as well.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return beach equipment to shed and lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 9am. Brett Douglass will oversee all stays. Fees are per stay for up to 1 week only!
Clean, neat and care expectations will be observed - left in the same condition or better than delivered. Property mgmt will address any concerns.
21-day maximum stay; all stays will be governed and addressed by property management company, Brett Douglass - contact info in house book.

This is a lovely well-appointed house. The location is great. You can easily walk to the bay beach. The outdoor space is welcoming with a covered front porch and a backyard with a deck and fire pit. It was also exceptionally clean.

Great location. Property was clean, convenient and easy to use as a base to explore the area. The included beach gear was a welcomed surprise! Barbara was very helpful and responded very quickly, and we had no hiccups with check in or out.

Summertime Fun Time

The cottage was immaculate , it literally had everything we needed. It is super close to the Ferry (walking distance), the Bay was literally a 2 minute walk, the Beach Bay entrance is right next to new bathrooms.. We a family of 4 , 2 adults, 2 boy teenagers, had a great time North Cape May has tons to offer as well. Thank you for the great visit!

Gem of a Find By the Bayside

Our family wanted to do a beach vacation this year, and after enjoying a brief weekend getaway in Cape May last summer, we decided to get a place near the beach. We quickly fell in love with Adria Cottage when we arrived, it was even better than we saw from the listing. The property is super close to both the ferry and the bayside beach, maybe a 5-8 minute walk to beach access and a bath house. It’s also very accessible to creature comforts like groceries and restaurants without being in the heart of a busy gridlocked street system. It’s easy to get almost anywhere along the Jersey shoreline via Route 9, the Parkway, or Delsea Drive. The house itself is cozy and packed full of most amenities you’d expect and then some. The lot is beautiful, and has a private backyard with a deck, outdoor shower, and fire pit. Includes all the beach essentials (wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys). Inside it has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a sleeper couch. Washer and drier as well, and a mudroom to help keep sandy gear from making its way into the house. We loved everything about our stay. Personally, as someone who was never a big “beach vacation” person, this trip sold me on the concept, and the house was a big part of it. Would definitely come back here again! An easy 5 star review to give.
