Drop your bags, grab your favorite drink, and set stress aside in this newly renovated quad unit. Tucked away under a mile from the beach, and less than a few miles from the touristy noise, this beautifully designed space will surely leave you relaxed. Perfect for families or friends looking for a peaceful beach town getaway.

The Space: Modern appliances, new floors, granite countertops are some of the features that you will find appealing. The spacious bedrooms have one queen and the other equipped with a full over full sized bunk . A comfortable pullout sofa is an option in the bright living room that won’t leave you waking up cranky.

TELEVISIONS: Cable TV as well streaming services in EVERY room

LAUNDRY: Modern washer/dryer and we supply detergent

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with stainless appliances, granite counters, Ninja blender, toaster, chef grade knives, coffee/tea bar, etc

OUTDOOR: New large grill, alfresco dining, covered porch, lighted landscape, and large grass area.

COMFORT: Central A/C throughout entire home

PARKING: One assigned spot and plenty of free street parking.

BEACH: ½ mile to beach and we have your covered with 2 bikes, beach toys, beach chairs/umbrella.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Walk the quiet and peaceful neighborhood without the distraction of constant noise and traffic.

Linens not included (must bring pillow covers, sheets, and towels) We work with a linen service company that can drop off and pick up for you if you choose.

This place is a quad unit, which means it is a large structure separated into four comfortable private homes. We ask you to please be respectful to all neighbors as quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM

Guest access: This unit is set on the backside of the home for more privacy and your own great outdoor space. There is a common walkway to reach your front door.

Charming, well-appointed accommodations, close enough to beach. Loved the decor, outdoor shower and porch with cafe lights, the owners have thought of everything!

Great family getaway

We had a great winter getaway here. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The interior decorating was nicely done and exceeded many other rentals we've staid at. The owner was very attentive, even checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay. House was impressively well stocked, we especially appreciated the local coffee the owner supplied. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection

The property was perfectly located. Walking distance from the beach, but also only a three minute drive if necessary. The property was clean, inviting and comfortable. Hosts were responsive to communication and easy to access if needed. The accommodations were comfortable, warm and inviting. Hosts left toiletries and laundry washing amenities as well as seasoning if we wanted to use the kitchen to cook. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Cape May get away.

Perfect spot

Everything was great, close to all the action but not on top of it when you just wanted some quiet times. The house is immaculate and Anthony and Kathy were helpful with any information around the neighborhood that we needed. There was plenty of room, the convenience of having beach chairs and boogie board was definitely a plus as well. We definitely will stay their again and highly recommend. Many times what you see on the photos in the computer or nothing like what you see in person the house was exactly as the photos were.

Everything was perfect. The hosts had coffee and other foods available. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The space was pleasant,very comfortable and very clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The location is great, our friends were at the motel right down the street. It was very quiet. We highly recommend this VRBO.

This is a great place to spend some time at the beach. Anthony and Kathy were wonderful hosts and the house was in very good shape. We would definitely stay again!

The house was the perfect size for the three of us. The beach was just a short drive away and we were less than 10 minutes to all of the shops in town. I would highly recommend this renter and residence. Thanks again!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! The neighborhood has quiet and perfect for a walk or bike ride. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the game cabinet! We would happily book again in the future!

House was as pictured, very clean and such nice little touches, sparkling water, pasta and sauce, great pillows! Some games and activities for the kids and even a little kids folding table and chairs and a baby spoon (i forgot ours it was perfect) highly reccommend

Cape May stay

This cute little house was a great place to stay for our mini vacation for BCMF 2024. The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking needs. The 2 bedrooms were a nice size, one is a queen bed and the second one is bunks with a trundle bed. The bathroom was a bathtub and shower. The patio was nice and cool in the afternoons and sun in the morning. Close to the shops and the beach. Any questions were answered in a timely manner.

Immaculate Cape May Home

We rented this home for a long weekend and it did not disappoint! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well-stocked and bed was super comfortable! Anthony & Kathy were the most attentive hosts, providing helpful information regarding our trip, and checking in with us throughout our stay. The house is conveniently located to the beach, restuarants, shopping, etc. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly. Thank you for making our first trip to Cape May a memorable one!

Great little getaway, super hosts!

House was very clean and as described. It's a cute little property close to shops, winery and the lighthouse. Everything in the house worked as it should and has been recently updated. Hosts were very responsive. They even had some pasta and sauce for the guests to cook! Check in and check out for breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway!!

I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to give a shout-out to the hosts of this awesome place. My husband and I were set to travel to South Carolina and our flight was cancelled at the last minute. I went on and booked this immediately not really knowing what to expect. When I tell you that it far outweighed our expectations I mean it. The place had everything we needed and all the added touches that you hope for. Beach badges, chairs, umbrella, bikes to ride, a washer and dryer, and a loaded coffee bar. The hosts definitely put so much thought into their space and it shows. Thank you so much for a super time. We hope to come back again soon.

We had a great time at Kathy and Anthony's place. It had everything our family of 4 needed. Clean, comfy and well stocked. We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls get away

Beautiful updated place, very clean! Owners were great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen amenities were updated and clean. Neighbors were kind and there was a beautiful table outside to enjoy the beautiful evenings and enjoy the sunsets. Can’t wait to book for next year!

Charming stay in Cape May

Beautiful Cape May retreat!

We have stayed in this part of Cape May for many years. This is a beautiful property for a small family. Beautifully renovated and appointed. Plenty of space for our family of four. My daughter loved her top bunk and we were able to fit a crib rental in that room as well comfortably. Don’t hesitate to book. We will be back!

Great for Gals Getaway

Anthony and Kathy were great hosts and communicated before and during to make sure we had what we needed. The parking was easy (although some road construction when we were there). Not far from the beach (maybe 1/2 mile) and a bit further from downtown (maybe 1 mile). The neighborhood was quite and we enjoyed the outside patio table/chairs. The place was clean, modern, and comfortable. If you don’t use the linen service, you need to bring your own linens. Something to keep in mind if you are flying. We went the weekend after Labor Day. Our group of 3 women were very comfortable here!!!!
