Built in 1800 this downtown Nantucket home has been impeccable renovated. Steps to Main Street and all the best restaurants, boutiques, markets, live music venues and the ferry. With 8 stunning fireplaces, this Captain's Home will take you back to old Nantucket but with modern amenities, a beautiful private garden with dining for 8-10, a large entertainment area, outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars. A 2021 Jeep is available for rent. Each of the 4 beautiful bedroom has a queen size bed, top of the line linens, and renovated ensuite bathrooms. The main floor has a formal living room, formal dining room, office area, a comfortable great room (stacked with books for a rainy day) connected to the remodeled large kitchen, a grand entry, and beautiful bar. On the lower level there is an entertainment room with a comfortable large sofa and screen TV and all the board games you can imagine. The house includes 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, beach towels and toys. The beach is a short bike ride along the bike path. Fully equipped with high speed internet, Sonos throughout, Jura espresso machine, and high end appliances.
