Karens Steeple cottage is a very special place to stay. It’s in a great location to walk everywhere. The cottage is beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable in every room. The outdoor space is really lovely to hang out in. You can’t go wrong renting this rental.
Our family of 6 (family with 2 children ages 11 and 8 and grandparents) had an amazing time. The house is in the perfect location with easy access to everything and a super short walk to Children’s Beach. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The bunk bed room is on the first floor and the other two rooms are on the second floor so the grandparents ended up staying in the bunk bed room, but it worked out fine. My favorite part was reading on the porch, so relaxing! We would definitely stay again!

About the host

We purchased this property in 2021, after spending years visiting both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. There is something very special about spending time on the islands, once you step on a ferry it's a world away from the mainland. The journey to Nantucket is where the magic begins. Newly updated and decorated.
Why they chose this property
This is a special property, new to the rental market in Nantucket. We love this home because of its history, its view of the First Congregational Church Steeple from the garden, especially at night. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the ferry terminals on a quest side street. Two blocks away you will find the Jared Coffin House and one of our favorites for morning coffee and pastries, Born and Bread. The location is outside of the hustle of the village, but right there when you want it to experience all Nantucket village has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Location, serenity, outside space are unique attributes.
