House has a new kitchen, new appliances with a granite countertop bar that has seating for 5. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. There are three king beds with private bath and a bunk room in the basement that opens to the 70" TV/playroom for kids. Outside porch has brand new grill with fire pit and seating for hanging out and dinner. There are new 50" TVs in each room and living area. Ideal location if you want to be close to town and have easy access to beaches. See 45B also.

Great location & spacious home. Loved the ease of walking in to town. Only a few issues- broken nightstand, wish the outdoor furniture was more updated & that the bathroom had some soaps/shampoos. Otherwise my family enjoyed their stay.

Nice stay, beware of noise

Great house, updated inside, as advertised. Easy walk to town. Easy communication with the owner. The only issue is the house is located at a very busy intersection and the traffic noise is very real.

Whale of a time

Wedding of a LIFETIME

45A Pleasant St was perfect for our family! We could walk to town walk to the grocery store and centrally located for all our events on the island. Our Host was outstanding and the property was equipped with all our needs! Great place to stay!!! We will stay again on our next visit to Nantucket

Amazing vacation stay

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The amenities were top notch - TVs in all bedrooms, bed sheets and towels were five stars. The host was very generous with welcome gifts! Highly recommend this house for a large group.

Bachelorette Party

A group of 9 stayed at the house from Thursday-Sunday. Errol was very responsive at any point leading up to the reservation. The ownership group also left us a charcuterie board from Lemon Press and many other generous gifts from businesses around the island. The house was clean and well cared for when we arrived. The only items of note are the location -- it is a busy intersection that the house is at. We didn't have any issues, but something to be aware of. It's also a 15 minute walk into town, which isn't a big deal for younger people, but again just something to be aware of. Otherwise, the experience was great and would definitely rent this home from Errol again.

Great house and location

Perfect house for our girl's weekend! Arrived to find an awesome welcome gift from the owner. House was clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Errol responded quickly to any and all questions/issues. Bonus downstairs living space and outdoor patio. Location was excellent-quick 10 minute walk to town. Hoping to come back next year!

We stayed at this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The house was very clean, the communication with the host was excellent, and the location was great- only a 12-15 minute walk to downtown! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely spot for a getaway on Nantucket!

Wonderful Property & Stay!

We had a wonderful visit at the Nantucket home. It is a lovely home with any amenity you can think of. We especially appreciated all of the welcome gifts, food and drinks they left us. We were a day and a half late getting to Nantucket because of weather so that was extra special. The location was great and the parking was a bonus. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Great trip!

We had a great girls weekend in Nantucket! The house was perfect, clean and so comfortable. The host also left some treats upon arrival which was a nice touch! The walk into town is so nice and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great in town house

We had a wonderful stay. If you enjoy walking into town this is a perfect property. Teens enjoyed the freedom of going into town, and adults enjoyed walking to and from the restaurants. The bike path is also right around the corner. The house was great, especially for two families, with two masters on the top floor. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay. Lovely house with lots of amenities. Only drawback is that it is located on the corner of a five way intersection that can be a bit loud at night and early in the AM.

Great location but a few things need to be improved

We stayed at John's lovely home for a week for my birthday. When I spoke with John a few days before we were set to arrive, he mentioned that there was a possibility that there would no wine glasses and that the cleaning people would be there when we were set to check in and he was correct. We arrived at the house around 4:15 pm and the cleaning crew was still there -apparently the people before us left a huge mess and despite there being 4 cleaning people, we still had to wait to check in (despite a long day of travel). Once we checked in, we noticed that there was only 1 wine glass. I called the property manager Andre and he said he would bring some over. 3 hours later I contacted him again and he came to the house to help us work the BBQ and fire pit. We were finally able to get wine glasses 4 days later. I also contacted both John and Andre to ask about the bikes that were situated in between the 2 properties John owns and never heard back from either of them. Also just to note, the house is on a busy corner and there was noise all night from the street (we live in the city so that didn't bother us) and also it is very hard to back out of the driveway if you will be brining a car. For the price of this house, I was hoping for better communication/attentiveness then we received. Another thing to note that check out was at 10am and the cleaning people arrived at 9:40.

Great Stay!

John was incredible to work with and book this property! It was clean and a short walk to town. It has everything you need for a beach trip and made our stay in Nantucket very easy and fun!
