Good value and location

Quick walk to beach and nice rooftop pool. Nice porch for morning coffee. Construction sound was very manageable. Easy drives to numerous restaurants and shopping. Good spot for single or couple.

Great Winter Getaway

We had a great week in Naples! The property was very neat and clean. Toni and Keith were very responsive to our questions and the condo was only a a few steps from Vanderbilt beach! Great time!

Wonderful, relaxing 10 day stay!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this property. Everything was as described in the listing. It was clean, check-in was easy. Great and pleasant communication with the host, Keith. The welcome basket was a pleasant surprise! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as advertised - everything works, and you can tell care is taken to provide everything you'll need. It's not huge, but that's ok. You are warned there is construction next door, but with the doors shut it wasn't a distraction, at least not for us. It was kind of ironic since the rest of the Vanderbilt beach area is beautiful. It's easy to go to the beach or the many restaurants within a short walk or drive. Very pleasant stay.

Vanderbilt stay

Excellent location. Lots of construction. Was given a great deal do to construction. Location was under 10 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Not the view as pictured.

The picture of the bay from the lanai was not what you will see. They are building a condo building right outside the lanai blocking any view of the bay. The construction noise started at 6:30 in the morning. The jack hammers, beeping, whistles and machinery continued all day. The listing said construction in the area but condo was surrounded by the construction.
