Convenient, roomy and everything you need for a weekend trip in Helen. We were in town for the Roper romp and only needed 1 night. Perfect location for what we needed, would consider staying here again.

Great place, great location!

This condo is clean, cute and convenient. It’s within walking distance to tubing, mini golf and several restaurants. Lynn was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

perfect location

This is a great location for Historic Helen, it is walkable, but too far for my 81 year old mother and aunt with bad knee. It’s just an hour drive to Blue Ridge. The condo was very clean, bedrooms are upstairs with steep stairs, but my family did ok. Two king beds, one was pretty comfortable, the other one not so according to my 2 aunts. Good wifi, quiet area, easy to find.

Just as described. Clean and great location to downtown Helen, you can easily walk into town. A couple of things to keep in mind is that it very much puts you in mind if a hotel room but without room service. What I mean is there are no extras…no extra towels, toilet paper ect. We had 4 people and 6 towels. As we were very active during this trip I would have liked to switch towels out halfway but there were not enough for us to all have a clean one. The kitchen is very basic, so if you intend to cook you may want to bring a very supplies. There is a dishwasher, but as there was 4 of us we needed to wash dishes after each meal and a dish drainer would have been a good thing to have. No extra linens were available either and as one person in our party gets cold while to others stay hot we went out and purchased an extra blanket. These are not anything against the VRBO but just things I would have liked to know prior to arriving. However, that does not mean we wouldn’t stay here again. It was a very nice stay and roomy enough for the 4 of us with an amazing location.

Cute, clean, and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the visibility of the address. I’m sure the owner of the condo can’t change it, but possibly suggesting to the HOA or whoever manages the property to put up a larger sign or larger numbers. This would be most helpful!

great place to stay

pros - response communication with owner was very fast. apartment was very clean. short walking distance from downtown area. cons - my back didnt like the spacefoam mattress on the bedt, woke up very sore. may want to consider moving mamma-bird and her nest from her hiding spot near the front door.

Beautiful Place

The place was easy to get too. Close to Helen central area. The beds were super comfy! The place was clean and open. It was great. Parking was good too! Loved our stay. The only complaint was that VRBO did not send the code to get the key to get in. The host was accommodating and responsive though so we got it resolved. Would stay here again if was in the area.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect little spot for a getaway in Helen. It was a modernized two floor condo! Good parking. Just what we needed to experience Helen! The Netflix wouldn’t let me sign out so I could use mine, and the o profile that was in there wouldn’t play shows. Other than that, the place was perfect! I’d stay again! I also didn’t have to reach out to the l property manager so I just gave them a 5 on that part cause I couldn’t leave it blank.
