Welcome to relaxation! This villa is privately owned and managed. Villa has 2 dedicated parking spots, 2 porches perfect for relaxing or grilling and privileges at both the IGLS club house and pool as well as the Innsbruck Golf Club amenities. The Innsbruck Community has 24-hour security guard, gated entrance, paved roads and is just minutes from Downtown Helen and within walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

Cozy getaway

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Dale is super responsive and we had no problems with the booking or the property. Would absolutely stay there again.

First time visiting Helen

Property was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, conveniently located close to Helen. Quiet and secure location. Really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.
