We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect! The unit was steps to the beach and pool with a beautiful view. We did find the communication with the host overly complicated as it’s a third party and they have their own system outside of VRBO. Once all the details were sorted out it was fine but it did seem unnecessarily difficult compared to other rentals we’ve done. Now that we know how that works though we would for sure stay here again.

Great stay for fall break

This was our third stay at Ramsgate - first in this unit. The location of this unit was perfect to access beach and pool quickly. We also had a great experience with the rental company - best communication and support I’ve received at any location in PCB. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is right on the beach with great balcony views, especially from the primary bedroom. Having daily beach service was amazing. The location couldn’t be better-quiet and close to everything you need. We’ve stayed in many condos and homes in the 30A area over the past 20 years and this was one of our favorites!

The unit was nice, more updated than the unit we stayed in last year. Showers were not clean though still had hair left on walls, I texted the manager but was next day before I heard back from them after texting 3 times. They offered to have someone come back out and clean but we had already been then almost 24 hrs so we just cleaned it up with Clorox wipes. We Liked where the unit was located, it’s very close to the pool and entry for the beach. Parking is not the best there isn’t enough spaces under the units for parking so you have to park in parking spots. Overall it was a good unit.

Fall break vacation with family

Property was nice and remodeled. The beach was nice and not crowded. We went for fall break and the weather was perfect. Appreciated the free chair service but the chairs were so far back from the water we really didn’t make use of them.

Great location and property! Loved the easy access to the beach and view from the condo. Management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall the place was clean, however, the floors were still slightly sandy/dirty like they hadn’t been vaccumed. Would definitely recommend!

Tournament Weekend

We had a great stay at the condo. We were out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach was beautiful. Communicating with the property managers was great. Excellent customer service and quick responses. We will definitely book for next year‘s Soccer tournament.

Beach vacation

Decent vacation 3 outlets didn’t work and some upstairs didn’t work without turning lights on. I expect sand at the beach but the floors where real sandy.
