Check out time - 11:00am Make sure all keys are returned to the drawer. There will be a fee if they are lost, misplaced or ruined. Make sure the sliding glass door & entrance door is closed and locked

Please leave a ceiling fan running on low but not any lights! Any loose food is thrown away to prevent attracting any insects. Also that no water is running or appliances.

We had a great stay at Lucas’s home. Loved waking up to that view everyday. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal. We used the tennis court and the pools. Would love to rent his place again in the future.

Everything was great! It was the perfect space and clean. I had the perfect view and the pools were wonderful too. The host was very responsive and helpful. I felt safe at all times. I highly recommend this rental. I will definitely rent again. I actually would love to be a long term resident in this villa.

Regatta Point Villas

One week visit. Security gated condominiums. Stay was comfortable and felt safe at all times. Condo was small but clean. Owner was easy to contact and communication was very good. Would consider staying again if ever in the area.

Enjoyable stay with some logistics hiccups

We really enjoyed our stay in Regatta’s Island Time Getaway despite some logistics hiccups. Most concerning was a water leak in the living room during a heavy rain but owner said it would be fixed soon!

Yes there was a minor water leak from a light on the condo outside wall above mine, the plastic cracked from sun exposure and a minor leak occurred choosing the path of least resistance into my condo. Mom & Daughter Time

We had an amazing time! It was our first time on the island. Luke's instructions and recommendations were on point. It was awesome to have 3 pools to choose from. The condo was perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location in a beautiful gated community. The grounds were wonderful with nice pool options. Loved the walkable options for dining. The condo was very clean and had great amenities, we especially liked having all the beach gear needed to enjoy a day at Saphire beach. Lucas was very responsive when we had any questions. The views from the condo were amazing and loved watching the cruise ships coming in. We would have loved having a balcony to relax on but unfortunately this unit did not have one. Everything was wonderful and we will be visiting St. Thomas again.

Great breeze & view

This studio has a nice location right above the ocean. The breeze is fantastic. We loved hearing the water on the rocks and watching the boats go by. There are very pretty sunsets and we even saw some cruise ships pass early in the morning when they were getting ready to go to port and leaving in the evening.The studio is very well-equipped, peaceful, and comfortable. Luke made check-in so easy. We enjoyed our stay and really recommend this place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Regatta Point Villas! The condo was beautiful, super clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ocean views were truly incredible—waking up to those views every morning was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip. It was such a beautiful and relaxing way to start each day.The three pools at the villas were also amazing! Our daughter absolutely loved them and went swimming every morning. They were a huge highlight for her and made our stay even more enjoyable.Everything was clean, nice, and exactly what we hoped for. Luke was also a wonderful host—he was super responsive and answered every question we had very quickly. We really appreciated how easy he made everything throughout our stay.We had such a wonderful time and would definitely love to stay here again. We highly recommend Regatta Point Villas for a relaxing, beautiful, and memorable getaway!

This condo had amazing views. The pools were awesome and the close walk to restaurants by the condo was perfect. The parking spot was was an extra bonus. The only thing I thought the room had a balcony, but it actually just has a railing so there’s nowhere to go out and sit! It was definitely worth the money for my stay. Host was very responsive as well!
