About this property

Beautiful Log Cabin on the River with Hot Tub

Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. Starlink High-Speed Internet included!! The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private & beautiful setting with lots of ducks, swans and even a bald eagle who has made his home high in a tree across the river. Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors.
Fire pit by river with seating, lounge swing, washer and dryer.
We are very pet friendly but over the years we have been renting, unfortunately, we've had a few misbehaving pets that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250. Upon booking, please call us and we will send policy form and collect payment.
Boat rentals available near -by. Fun wineries to visit. Unique shops in both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Local Bakery in Alanson

Perfect Location and Accommodations

The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Accommodations were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a dock and hot tub. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly. We’ve already booked our stay for next year.

Amazing weekend in Alanson. The house was beautiful and cozy. Not too far from Petoskey. Definitely recommend getting dinner and drinks at Jerk-N-Depot

This is a quaint cottage. Has most amenities and worked out perfectly for our 3 day weekend. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out, the host was their to save the day! Great all around place to stay! Will definitely book again!
