Picture yourself enjoying your coffee or sipping on your favorite beverage while watching the sunset from the screen porch of this quaint little cabin overlooking the lake. This is a 2 level cabin and is just steps away from the waters edge. Lower level of cabin is accessed through an OUTSIDE stairwell. It is the perfect location to enjoy all that Crosslake has to offer. On the water to take advantage of boating, fishing, water sports & just 5 min from town to enjoy golfing, hiking, tennis, shopping, frisbee golf and pickleball. Restaurants, boat rentals, paddle boarding and bike trails are just 1/2 mile away. We love pets, but ask that you make separate arrangements at your home or in a kennel for their stay.

Nice weekend getaway

Really enjoyed this cozy cabin right on the lake. The property has games/puzzles, two kayaks, and a charcoal grill which we took advantage of!

It's a charming cottage right over the water, very quiet, clean and peaceful. Close to restaurants (few minutes by car) but really nice just for hanging out. Would recommend for sure!

Great property! We stayed here for a wedding that was down the street, and made a little weekend out of it. The size of the property was perfect for 2 people. We loved the screened in porch and little beach area. Also was great to have the options of kayaks to use! Would love to return in the future!

A beautiful and cozy cabin right on the lakeshore. We took advantage of cool nights to have a fire on the lakeshore under the stars. Perfect front porch for morning coffee. Great location: close to everything. Will definitely return!

Five of us stayed at the Boathouse and had a great time. The location was great. Loon Lake was an awesome spot, quiet and protected from crazy wind. We brought our boat and it was fun exploring the Whitefish Chain. The cabin is small but cozy and very well decorated and stocked. Highly recommend!

Absolutely ideal! Skip every hotel in town - enjoy the lake that is literally a step from your porch door. We brought simple meals, explored the town, went to a beautiful wedding & were the envy of many when we showed them our breakfast view. It was unseasonably hot-October, but the Boathouse AC and ceiling fans were perfect. Kitchen has everything you need for your porch meals or midnight snacks. The area downstairs is perfect for two kiddos or another couple to share - everyone would have privacy or a place to escape for a mid-afternoon nap. The communication was fast & straightforward; everything was CLEAN!; and we would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Crosslake Relaxing Fun

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Boat House. It was our first visit and the smaller size was a prefect fit for my wife and I. A typical day started with coffee overlooking the lake, daily walks, and plenty of lake time with the boat. We enjoyed the smaller lake setting and the calming sounds of loon each evening. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

Nice spot off the main lake(s). Small quiet lake protected from heavy traffic and wind for those with boats. Close to everything in town. The Boathouse was perfect for our small family. Watch your head in short doorways.

Adorable boat house

We loved our stay at the adorable boat house. We brought our fishing boat and used the access a short distance from the property. We enjoyed sunset cruises and lunch at the lakeside restaurants. The screened in porch is the best! Thanks for letting us enjoy your cute boat house!

Perfect location for our anniversary, just like the sign inside says, small but nice. Had everything we needed. Had a great bonfire on the lake. Caught fish off the dock. Was very close to town. Comfortable bed. Eating area overlooking lake was spectacular. Hosts were very easy to work with and communicated well.

Cozy, nicely appointed.

This place was small, but clean and nicely decorated. Only downside would be no bathroom in lower level, but since I was alone, it didn’t affect me. I’ll be back.
