About this property

Holste Cantina, a place to enjoy quiet nature.

Bunted next to Aldeen golf course. A short walk to club house if you like to play. No street traffic. Only a mile or two from any shopping needs. Deer and turkeys are common. No parties aloud. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family.
The space
I’m next to aldeen golf course! Short walk to the club house if you like to golf. Plenty of shopping a mile away. Restaurants grocery stores are all off east state street. Woodmans is 2 miles away off perryvale. It’s a quiet hidden place if you like to relax also. Deer often walk by my back deck if your lucky.
Guest access
The whole house. I have a unfinished part to my basement I will have closed off is all. It’s mainly Furnace water heater’s etc. I have one locked room which is locked.
Other things to note
My house is a check in location on Facebook. If you take a picture enjoying yourself playing a board game or enjoying the deck your welcome to add that to the checkin. Your welcome to use any game you see just please put all the pieces back.

Big house offering plenty of space

My family of eight recently spent a weekend here. House offered plenty of space and was located in a subdivision that offered privacy and a pretty view of the woods yet we were just minutes from shopping and dining. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

My group and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It became our home for the weekend. Had a wonderful time there and everything was just so spacious and clean. Chad was also very helpful and good with communication. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

This house is amazing! Multiple large areas where you can get away from others for solitude if you’re with a large group. Big deck in back to enjoy. My group had nothing but great things ti say about the place. Highly recommend!

Comfort for the whole family

Great home for people of all ages. Beautiful master suite on the first and second floor, plenty of sleep spots for everyone, lots of room for dining and hanging out together. Communication with Chad was perfect and we have nothing but thankfulness coming out of our stay!

Fantasy Football Draft Weekend

We had a group of guys come down for Draft Weekend. Fun golf courses in the area. Great restaurants. Ate at Lino’s and Magpie. Very good. House was perfect for getting our group of friends together. Would highly recommend. Clean and easy to deal with.

Wedding weekend!

My son got married at the Gardens. This home was perfect for our needs! The guys enjoyed the golf course the morning before the wedding. It was close enough to the rehearsal dinner location and the Japanese gardens for all our running back and forth. Plenty of beds for everyone! And plenty of space for hanging out with family (or finding quiet space) 😁 The deck and back yard are beautiful! Thank you!!

Wedding weekend

I rented this house for family to stay at when my daughter got married. The house is huge. The back deck is a also very large and a great set up for enjoying the outside. And my nephews loved the pool table and shuffleboard table downstairs. Chad was great to communicate with too. I just wish we had more time to spend at the house to enjoy the amenities! Would definitely rent again.

Guys Golf Trip

What can I say, 6 guys in their 50’s that love golf and bourbon. Two original Rockford guys in the group. This house was on the 150 marker at one of my favorite tracks. The house checked all the boxes for us. Communication with Chad was excellent. House was exactly as presented on VRBO. The only reason I’m not g Chad was excellent
