This easygoing studio home is minutes from Lake Travis and set on the 1+ acre grounds of a separate main house. Take a short walk to Volente Beach Waterpark or enjoy an afternoon on the lake. This newly renovated studio features a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, and tv. You'll also have a roomy tiled shower in an upgraded bathroom, plus a small patio. There's plenty of room for parking and for your own coolers. Can be rented in conjunction with the large main house.
