Charming Vacation Spot with Private Pool

This comfortable cozy beach house is located on the South end of Tybee where you can easily walk to the beach, pier and award winning restaurants. This duplex is behind the famous Sting Ray's Restaurant and is walking distance to a local mart.

Enjoy the beautiful private pool with chairs, umbrellas, picnic table and grill. This charming place has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, including a microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. Also included are a washer and dryer, linens, free wireless internet, phone and parking.

This hideaway with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms can sleep 6 comfortably. The main floor has two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and television. The adjoining room has a trundle bed and can sleep 2. It has 2 lovely places to dine and a wonderful seating area with Comcast cable. The upstairs loft with private bathroom and shower can sleep 2 as well.

My only complaint is that we’re still not there LOL!! Everything was exactly how it is described the pool was cleaned everyday everything from silverware to beach towels to coffee was there! Trust me it’s well worth it!!! Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation!!!!!!

The heated pool was lovely, and the location is great. We have stayed here before, and had an even better time with this trip than our previous visit. It is right next to a busy restaurant, but the fence provides privacy

Entrance is up the stairs in the back and there isnt a lock box anymore. The door locks have been updated to just be coded. Great little place and we enjoyed the pool tremendously. The kitchen is a little cramped if you try to cook anything expect the smoke alarm to go off. Its soooo close to the stove, but just a minor inconvenience.

Absolutely beautiful place but I do want to point out the small inconveniences we ran into. This house does not advise that it's the upstairs unit until you rent it, not an issue for us this trip but it would have been nice to know. You are in reaching distance to the restaurant next door but that also comes with the noise of trash, washing things outside, workers, etc. If you have little ones that require a nap during the day I would not suggest this place but all together things we could work around. The house took full advantage of the space it has and it's absolutely beautiful with plenty of sun to bask in. We loved how close it was to everything and the pool is amazing. Plenty of floats and just a fun time to be had. Like I said, small inconveniences but still a great time with a beautiful house.

Beautiful home! Great proximity to the beach. We had a good time here. We hardly noticed the restaurant behind the property, in fact, it was nice to be walking distance to several places. My only issue is that I asked the host a question and never got an answer, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
